last weekend i flew back to indiana for a weekend of fun & football with my best friends from college. i cant even begin to explain how excited i was to see these girls. nothing makes me happier than being silly and laughing uncontrollably with my heart friends.

the best part of my weekend was seeing this guy for thirty minutes at the denver airport. i love convenient layovers.

friday night was spent on the patio enjoying the fall weather.

1. five pairs of warby parker glasses arrived in my mailbox this afternoon. i finally went to see the eye doctor last week and it turns out i wasn’t kidding myself, i really cant see. not gonna lie, i walked out of the office with a huge smile on my face. the easy part was picking out five pairs of warby parkers that i love… now i just have to narrow it down. im leaning towards this pair.

2. monday night skype date/glasses fashion show with my adorable family. these four people  + my puppy lexi are my world.. i mean come on look at those smiles, what’s not to love?

3. my aunt marcia sent me a pack of multi color sharpie pens, talk about an awesome surprise after a long day at work. not to mention there was a handwritten note included in the package. oh how i love that there are still people in the world (besides myself) who choose stamps over email. thanks aunt marcia!
