a few years ago i developed an obsession with french macarons. i am not exactly sure what started it but now whenever i stumble upon a bakery with macarons i have to buy one of each flavor… and eat all of them in one sitting. unfortunately denver is lacking in the macaron area, which prompted me to make my own. after a quick search on pinterest, i found this recipe for macarons...
